Zafaro takes us from a warp printed jacquard weave with soft over-lapping spheres, to a small, intricate pattern with a cleverly woven feathered effect. These are balanced by softer prints of staggered stripes, a mirage of hazy horizon lines and a dramatic, jewel-toned diamond design printed on a sumptuous velvet. Finally, an abstract floral print sees painterly marks emulate the waves of a watercolour brush, subtly interrupted by the delicate origami folds in a seamless meeting of fluidity and geometry.
